Dosage and use

Net content: 39.9 g (60 capsules)

Recommended dosage: 2 capsules per day for adults, 1 capsule per day for children.

Intake: at any time of the day with a glass of water. Do not take with hot drinks (heat can kill the yeast).

With antibiotics : Take S. boulardii during or just after the course of antibiotics, but not at the same time as the antibiotic pill itself. Allow at least 2-3 hours between both doses.
When travelling : Start 5 days before departure and continue taking it during the trip.
